You are not proud of your parents..
You don't want them to appear in front of your friends because you feel like they will make you feel down and make you feel embarrassed.. But you know what?
When you are successful at something your friends will never be "Happy" about the fact you did it, instead they will be jealous, they will be negative about it. The only people who will be proud of you is your parents. They will feel that "Yes, my son did it." and all they want from you, is a part of time of your day and that all.. But All we do is... ignore them, Show my temper on them. Your mother is strict with you, doesn't mean you will do whatever you want with them.
There are some people who cant even dare to talk with them for anything.
